I received word this week that my talk proposal for RailsConf 2008 has been accepted. I'll be giving a talk called The Great Test Framework Dance-off. Doesn't that sound like fun?

I'm Josh Susser, and this is my geek blog. It's mainly about Ruby on Rails programming, but other stuff will creep in from time to time. I've been a professional programmer for over 20 years (with time off for good behavior). I also fancy myself something of a writer, thus the blog is a good outlet for two of the things that keep me from getting enough sleep.
I'm an organizer of the Golden Gate Ruby Conference (gogaruco), a regular panelist on the Ruby Rogues podcast, and do a lot of yoga when I'm not working on my startup.

It does! I'm definitely waiting for your railsconf video record, hopefully it'll be as good as most of rubyconf '07 videos. (I'm in Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia).
Dare I hope that bacon will be one of the dancers?
@ben: Bacon is on my radar, so it's a distinct possibility. I'll certainly be including test/unit and rspec. I want to include a couple more frameworks, but the ones I pick will depend on some linear combination of which ones seem most popular and which ones are interesting to look at. I might take a poll sometime soon. Oh good, something new to write for the blog...
And I will be there watching! You are on my beer list Josh. Can't wait.
